Inter Milan GM Ernesto Paolillo says new coach Andrea Stramaccioni is no caretaker.

Inter are prepared to go with the 36 year-old rookie next season should he impress.

"The President was quite clear - Stramaccioni is not just a caretaker boss," said Paolillo.

"We are hoping that he can start a new young cycle at this club.

"We need a cocktail where the base is formed by some older players, but there are four or five younger elements who could give us a different taste."
