Inter Milan chief Piero Ausilio admits they're still hoping to seal a deal for PSG midfielder Javier Pastore.
Ausilio has confirmed their interest in signing the Argentine next month.
He said, “I don't think anyone can argue with his quality. We have to understand what PSG want to do. He is an important player, we are pleased that he sees Inter as a possibility, but it's premature to talk about anything else.
“I know the limitations we must work within. We are not interested in just signing someone for the sake of it. We agreed the path forward with the Coach: keep the current group and improve it where possible, with players who have different characteristics and it depends on the economic conditions.
“We must be alert and take any opportunities that arise."
