Inter Milan chief Piero Ausilio says they're willing to allow Andrea Ranocchia to leave this month.
The defender has attracted interest from Watford and Crystal Palace.
Ausilio stated: "There are opportunities. Ranocchia has much consideration from abroad, we will talk with him if he wants to find more space or if he wants to play with Inter: if that's what he wants we will be happy to keep him.
"Otherwise we'll find a solution together with him and those who are following him."
Watford boss Walter Mazzarri worked with Ranocchia as Inter coach.
