Inter Milan chief Piero Ausilio insists there's no sack clause in Walter Mazzarri's contract.
It's been claimed Mazzarri's deal includes a break clause for a set compensation fee.
"There is no clause," the director has told assembled journalists after a meeting of Inter shareholders.
"It is a contract for the two seasons, because we already extended the existing contract by a year.
"There are only incentives added a fixed fee, so there are only positive clauses.
"Success could mean doing well in the Europa League, while others are more ambitious and may be more related to getting into the Champions League."
