Inter Milan captain Zanetti: Moratti desperately wants Club World Cup

Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti admits president Massimo Moratti is desperate to win the Club World Cup.

It's no secret that Moratti values the competition very highly, partly because his father Angelo was in charge of Inter when they last won it in the 1960s.

"Moratti has said that he cares a lot about the Club World Cup and we do too because winning this trophy could be a unique opportunity," Zanetti explained.

"Now we all have to be united to realise this objective.

"The injured players are making an enormous effort to be there and I believe that almost everyone will be available, and this is great news because having a complete squad means a lot."
