Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti says this weekend's derby is a must-win game.

"It is a crucial match and one that means a lot to all concerned," he told Mediaset. "I do not keep count of the derbies I have played in, but wait for this appointment in a relaxed manner because we all believe in the work we are doing.

"We hope to reach this game in top form and win it, because that will be a decisive moment in the title race."
