Inter Milan coach Andrea Stramaccioni has pleaded with fans to get behind Diego Forlan.
The former Manchester United and Atletico Madrid striker is a target for the Nerazzurri boo-boys.
"I state that we are talking about a player with an international reputation and Diego is the first to know that in Italy he still has failed to find consistency," said Stramaccioni.
"In training he is good, and his fitness is not in doubt or he would not be considered. During the week I see him willing and eager to show his best."
