Inter Milan coach Andrea Stramaccioni was disappointed with their 2-2 draw against Cagliari.
The Nerazzurri had to twice fight back from a goal down in this 2-2 draw and then failed to take full advantage of Mauricio Pinilla's harsh red card.
"There is a bitter taste to this result, because we tried to win until the last minute. Inter are alive and held out against an excellent Cagliari side in great shape," said the new Coach.
"We must recognise they put us under pressure, above all at the start of the second half, but for the rest Inter made an impact. We did well in spells, but couldn't manage the intensity for the entire 90 minutes.
"It is an important note that when conceding the two goals, this team had the strength and character to equalise straight away. I saw a good Inter, even if I know that only the result counts."
