Inter Milan are chasing Palermo midfielder Josip Ilicic. The Slovenia international is a personal favourite of Inter coach Leonardo.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Inter have made contact with Ilicic's camp, which are now seeking a €500,000-a-year pay-rise to stay with Palermo.
Should Rosanero president Maurizio Zamparini reject Ilicic's demands, Inter are expected to step in with a €12 million offer for the midfield schemer.
