Inter Milan are growing weary of Real Madrid president Florentino Perez's transfer market antics. Having climbed down over Jose Mourinho's €16 million buyout clause, Inter president Massimo Moratti had expected more respect from Florentino over Real's interest in their Treble winning squad.
However, Mourinho's insistence on Douglas Maicon being signed threatens the relationship between the two clubs.
Despite pressure from Madrid, Moratti will not budge from his €35 million asking price for the Brazil international.
Moratti has been further angered by Real's approach for Inter striker Diego Milito, who is angling for a new contract. The Inter president's response was aggressive: a straight swap for the much younger Gonzalo Higuain.
Like Maicon, Moratti will not consider anything less for Milito.
