Inter Milan boss Gian Piero Gasperini admits yesterday's Super Cup defeat to AC Milan could have been the last for Wesley Sneijder.
Sneijder opened the scoring for the Serie A outfit in their 2-1 Italian Super Cup defeat to city rivals AC Milan in Beijing on Saturday and after the game Gasperini confirmed he would soon be holding discussions about the future of the former Ajax and Real Madrid player.
"As for the rumour of Sneijder leaving, we will talk about it next week," said the 53-year-old.
It has also been speculated that Manchester City are attempting to hijack United's move with a £30million-plus offer.
