Liverpool have made an offer for Paris FC striker Silas Wamangituka.

A raft of European heavyweights are chasing the young forward this summer after a superb season in Ligue 2.

Olympique Marseille have already failed with an offer of €6m.

It was suggested Wamangituka was prepared to move to Toulouse - unless Liverpool made formal their interest.

And Le Parisien's Laurent Pruneta has revealed while Marseille would still be in the running, like Toulouse and Benfica, Liverpool have come forward and made an offer to PFC for the striker.
