Brisbane Roar playmaker Charlie Miller admits injuries have frustrated him only at this stage of his career.
The former Rangers midfielder has made a brilliant impact in the A-League last season, winning the best foreign player award, but is confident that if injuries were down, his output would be even better.
''I never had that many injuries before but in the last season it has been a problem," the Scot said.
"Just now I have had that many wee stupid injuries - I have had them for the past four or five weeks - that have prevented me from getting to where I want to be."
Despite the niggling problems, Miller has been a massive inclusion into the Roar squad, scoring goals at will and setting them up with ease and believes with a little luck, his club could be sitting higher on the table.
''We were probably a bit lucky to get a point against North Queensland Fury, but we should have beaten Melbourne down there when we were 3-1 up and we should have beaten Wellington, too," he added.
Miller and the Roar take on Melbourne Victory at Etihad Stadium on Saturday October 3 - kick-off is at 7:30pm AEST.
