Blackburn Rovers boss Paul Ince admits he steamed into his players after their victory at Newcastle United.
He said: "I think at half time, not being disrespectful to Newcastle, we should have been four or five nil up. It was the same scenario against Everton on Wednesday night.
"Maybe it was through a bit of unluckiness, the keeper making good saves and the ball not bouncing right for us but second half we were not at the races, only because we gave a silly penalty away.
"I told them we have to be more professional and do the right things. We had a chance to make a statement but we didn't do it."
