Bournemouth loanee Harry Cornick wasted no time endearing himself to the Yeovil Town faithful, scoring with his first touch for his new club on Saturday.
Cornick came on as a half-time substitute against Exeter City at St James' Park and made an immediate impact, turning Nathan Smith's long throw into the back of the net moments after taking the field.
Such was the instant nature of Cornick's unexpected strike, even Yeovil's official Twitter account had trouble believing it was the 20-year-old who had scored.
We are back up and running. We have pulled a goal back from we think Cornick. but the view has restricted us seeing it. #YTFC

However, Cornick's debut goal for Yeovil Town was not enough for the Glovers to avoid a 3-2 defeat at Exeter in the opening round of League Two action.
Buzzing to score on my football league debut, unlucky not to get something from the game!
