Andy Jackson is awaiting test results after again being taken to hospital due to illness. The 21-year-old St Johnstone striker spent Thursday night in hospital with what the club say was a suspected recurrence of the illness he first suffered in April 2008.

That bowel complaint hindered his fitness levels last season, when he failed to find the net in a disrupted campaign after scoring 18 times the previous season.
