Former West Ham United utility Ian Pearce feels they need two more key signings.

Pearce is also happy to see Julian Dicks join the coaching staff.

He told talkSPORT: “I think the club need a centre-half and maybe a centre forward and I think you're away.

“I think he'll know the European market very well and [Julian Dicks] Dicksy will know the domestic market.

“I think he has people like the Chairmen to support him, so if he goes to them and says i want this player, i think they'll be really supportive with him."
