Chelsea interim manager Guus Hiddink has spoken glowingly of London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
Ahead of the meeting between the two sides at Stamford Bridge on Monday night, the Dutchman took the time to heap praise on Mauricio Pochettino and his Spurs outfit who have dazzled the competition at times this season.
Spurs sit second behind Leicester City on the standings as a result of their improvement which prompted a sparkling appraisal from Hiddink who has witnessed the constant failure of delivery in North London over the years.
"A few weeks ago, we had a meeting with the managers and I spoke for a long time with him," said Hiddink.
"He has a very good, down to earth attitude, they know what they want and I was impressed.
"The way they (Tottenham) played, it is a way for success and they have a very good balance in their team. I am blue and Chelsea, but I have seen them play and enjoyed it very much."
