Reading midfielder Stephen Hunt is confident the team's unity will help keep them away from the dropzone.
"We will work hard this week, that's what we always have to do. It's not a hard life, is it? We are an honest bunch of players and we will give our all.
"We are just as disappointed as the fans. The reactions said it all, we are as frustrated as them, sometimes you can't control what happens out there.
"We're an honest bunch of players and nobody goes out there to lose. We were disappointed all round, we were just beaten by the better team.
"It was similar to Newcastle, we started well, but they scored and we struggled to get going. We hold our hands up. Every team is capable of winning games in this league, you need to keeping working hard, we're not Maradona.
"It will be tough at Arsenal next week, but it's a game we hope we can get something from. Who would have said Fulham would come to our place and get a result? Now we've got to put a show on."
