Hull City defender Anthony Gardner is "shocked" by former club Tottenham's relegation battle.

"I'm very, very shocked at where Spurs are in the league," said Gardner.

"The league needs big teams like them and I am backing Harry to keep them up. If he is not the man to turn things around at the Lane, then I don't know who is."
