Championship club Hull City are close to signing Ben Amos on loan from Manchester United.
The Red Devils are happy with the progress of the 22-year old but want to send him out again so he can gain further experience in a first team environment.
Amos, who signed a contract extension that will keep him at Old Trafford until 2015, has previously had loan spells with Peterborough United, Molde and Oldham Athletic and it is believed that he will next play under former United defender Steve Bruce at the KC Stadium.
