Hull City chairman Paul Duffen insists there's no panic at the KC after two consecutive defeats.
Ahead of tonight's clash with Aston Villa, Duffen told the Hull Daily Mail: "If you start looking at the teams at the bottom of the league you will end up down there with them.
"There's no point in looking down. You have to keep looking up, and looking to the next step on the ladder that you can take.
"I am sure the teams that are four or five points behind us are looking at Hull City and wishing they were in our position.
"We need to look up, have confidence, be courageous and have commitment to make the next step on the ladder."
