Hull City boss Steve Bruce insists he's not interested in the Newcastle United job. Bruce says his only aim is for the Tigers to capitalise on the unrest swamping their hosts but as he prepares to face his boyhood club, the 53-year-old has again distanced himself from a move to Newcastle.
Bruce said: "It doesn't even enter my head. It's all irrelevant.
"I am happy here. Two weeks ago, I brought in four players. I've brought in another five during the summer.
"We're in a good place at the moment. We're still a work in progress. We've got to work on the squad, the infrastructure, the academy and all those things.
"I'm very, very happy doing what I'm doing. That's the way it is."
