Mexican great Hugo Sanchez can see Wolves striker Raul Jimenez joining Juventus.

Raul has been linked with Juve as a replacement for veteran centre-forward Gonzalo Higuain.

Real Madrid icon Sanchez declared: "(He) could be joining one of the great European teams."

Asked about Juve, Sanchez joked Raul would have to first ask permission from Cristiano Ronaldo to make the move.

He declared, "He would have to call Cristiano by phone and invite him to a 'dinner' to meet him and say: 'Give me your blessing so that I can be your buddy'.

"'If you accept me I will go and if not, I will save the trip and stay in England'."
