Hughes facing major summer changes to Fulham squad

Fulham boss Mark Hughes is facing major squad changes this summer.

David Stockdale, 25, earned a call-up to the England squad this season, but cannot get ahead of Mark Schwarzer at Craven Cottage.

He wrote on Twitter: "Hope I can challenge for No.1 spot next year. If not, I will have to evaluate my future as MS (Schwarzer) is looking in good shape at 39."

Hughes also has John Pantsil and Zoltan Gera out of contract at the end of the campaign.

He wants Gera to stay, but the Hungary midfielder said: "I am waiting for the end of the season to sign for an other club.

"I am in the best years of my career and hope I can get better. I want to change country with my family. I like new challenges."
