Blackburn Rovers boss Mark Hughes says Bulgaria international striker Valeri Domovchiyski will be given every chance to win a contract during trials at Ewood Park.
And the Rovers manager has admitted that the club are in a position to seal the 21-year-old on a permanent deal.
"We've had good reports on him. I haven't seen him first hand, obviously, which is why we are bringing him in," Hughes said in the Lancashire Evening Telegraph.
"But he has scored a lot of goals at the level he is playing at, and we always take the opportunity, if we can, to bring in players and have a look at them first hand.
"He's also a decent age for us and if there's a deal to be made, then we are in a position to do that."
