Huddersfield Town manager Carlos Corberan is looking forward to coming up against Everton manager Rafa Benitez in Tuesday's Carabao Cup second-round tie.
"It means a lot, he's one of the best coaches in the world," Corberan said, via the Examiner.
"I am from Valencia, and his first title and his first important impact in his career as a coach was with Valencia, winning the league with a team that was not the favourite to do it.
"He was then coaching at the highest level in the Champions League and UEFA Cup doing amazing work."
Corberan also pointed out Benitez's influence on Spanish coaches.
He added: "He moved to Liverpool and at that moment he was one of the first Spanish coaches to have an impact outside of Spain.
"Especially here in England, he achieved a Champions League win against Milan that I remember very well because that was an amazing game so everyone knows his background, he is one of the best coaches in the world, and he's going to make the game tomorrow very difficult."
