Norwich City midfielder Jonny Howson admitted frustration with their 0-0 draw at Chelsea.
The Canaries kept their slim survival hopes alive with the result.
"Possibly it feels like a draw isn't enough," said Howson. "The ball is back in Sunderland's court now. Hopefully we get a little bit of luck but, even before this game started I think it was about coming here, putting in a good performance, giving everything you've got and when you do that, irrespective of what happens for the rest of the season, you can hold your head high.
"It's been one of our biggest downfalls this season, our away form. It's just two wins away all season and you're going to go nowhere with that kind of form. We're pleased with this performance - but it can be frustrating; why couldn't we have done this more often?"
