Aston Villa boss Gerard Houllier believes they're on the brink of something special with their current kids.
Houllier is hoping rough diamonds Marc Albrighton, Barry Bannan, Ciaran Clark, all 21, and 19-year-old Nathan Delfouneso can do the business in their latest creche course this afternoon against Manchester United.
They might not quite be David Beckham, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville but boss Houllier said: "It doesn't daunt me playing them, it excites me.
"The majority of those can be the future of Aston Villa.
"When you have too many kids it can be tough but when you have good experienced players they can pass it on to kids and keep them going.
"I have an experienced defence, like Sir Alex did with Steve Bruce and Gary Pallister.
"At some stage one of the young players will have a very poor game but you must not judge on that."
