Hollywood star Samuel L Jackson is a mad Liverpool fan.

Jackson tweeted a photo of himself wearing a Liverpool shirt at the premiere of the new Avengers movie earlier today.

Jackson - one of the biggest movie stars on the planet - fell in love with Liverpool while filming cult movie 'The 51st State' in the city in 2000.

He is one of dozens of world famous Reds, including Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Daniel Craig, Clive Owen, Nelson Mandela and Gary Barlow.
