Blackpool boss Ian Holloway claims veteran striker Brett Ormerod is one of the reasons for their encouraging start to life back in the Championship. The Seasiders lie just one place below the npower Championship play-off zone after beating Ipswich 2-0 at home last weekend.
Holloway has paid tribute to the 34-year-old frontman, saying: "He's a terrific fella, on the training ground he always bowls in and he's always got something to say - you might not agree with it but he says it anyway!
"He's made a living out of running, chasing and never giving up and he epitomises all of us - he looks scruffy and ragged sometimes but he's a great lad and we're lucky to have him, what a top bloke."
