Hodgson convinced Premier League heavyweights watching Klopp

England boss Roy Hodgson believes it is inevitable that Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp will move to the Premier League.

Hodgson can see English interest in the Dortmund coach, and some of his prize assets, intensifying after the way they outplayed Manchester City in the group games and swept past Real Madrid in the semi-finals.

"Without a doubt I can imagine Klopp managing a top English club," he told BILD.

"That would not surprise me at all, because he has built a super team at Dortmund and has done an extremely good job at a young age.

"I am pretty sure a lot of English chairmen have him on their wanted list. Not just him, but a few of his players as well, after the way they have played over the last couple of seasons.

"German football is looking in very good shape. The top teams there are physically very strong, and you can't help but be impressed with what Bayern and Dortmund have produced against Europe's best this season."
