Former England coach Glenn Hoddle says Liverpool striker Luis Suarez needs to have a threat of a lifetime ban to mend his ways.
Hoddle wrote in the London Evening News: "The possibility of a lifetime ban would scare him more than anything else, more than any fine, more than even this ban from the World Cup.
"He needs to start a process of getting help, understanding that his entire career is on the line, that there is nowhere in the world he can play if he ever repeats it.
"Yes, it would be harsh, but it would help fix in his mind that he needs to change his ways."
