Hibs have swooped for Nottingham Forest midfielder Matt Thornhill.
Thornhill moves to Easter Road on a free transfer.
The 22-year-old will be reunited with Colin Calderwood, who gave Thornhill his debut at Forest and is looking forward to working with the player again.
"Matt is a player I know very well from our time working together at Nottingham Forest," the Hibs boss told the club's official website. "He is a dynamic player with terrific goalscoring potential and I think he will give us extra options in the midfield area.
"He has a proven record of scoring goals and he is an uncomplicated player, who gets the job done.
"Matt is a player with a great work ethic and I believe that he will play a key role in the continued development of this football club."
