Chelsea legend Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is backing Louis van Gaal for success with Manchester United.
Hasselbaink is full of praise for his fellow Dutchman.
"Van Gaal is full of experience. He has managed the big stars of FC Barcelona, ??Bayern Munich and worked twice for the national team coaching the Netherlands," said Hasselbaink.
"At United, a lot of guys won things. Van Gaal knows that feeling. He won the Champions League and became champion with his clubs.
"He is tactically very strong, motivates his players to the bone and always tries attacking play. I think Manchester United have made a good choice with the appointment of Van Gaal."
