Marlon Harewood feels Aston Villa's Intertoto Cup campaign can be the start of a serious assault on a top four spot in the Premier League.

Villa head to Denmark for Saturday's clash with Odense BK knowing victory in the two-legged tie will take them into the Uefa Cup final qualifying round and, probably, the competition itself.

"Anything is possible," he told Villa's official website.

"We had a small squad last year and did really well.

"I think Martin O'Neill will be trying to work on that and hopefully he will get more players in.

"If we do, you never know what might happen.

"It is a great opportunity for Villa to get into Europe but we cannot enter the game thinking like that."
