Brede Hangeland is confident Fulham will soon start climbing the table.
The Norway defender hopes to get a result at Arsenal today.
Hangeland told Absolute Radio: "Well definitely we'd like to be higher in the table than we are now.
"I'm well aware that it's a really tight League and it's difficult to say that you're going to be in the top half or you're going to finish this and that, but I would like to think we're good enough to try and avoid the relegation battle, hopefully very soon."
