Marek Hamsik says Napoli can survive Edinson Cavani's sale.

Cavani completed his move to PSG yesterday.

"Cavani has made his choice," Hamsik told the Gazzetta dello Sport. "It just means that a more motivated forward will come in to give us a hand and score goals.

"Obviously, though, it will be hard to sign another player like Edinson."
