Former Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink has revealed he's still working for the Londoners.
Hiddink was replaced as manager at the end of last season, but admits he's still working for Chelsea at youth level.
The Dutchman is close to Blues owner Roman Abramovich and says: "We see each other regularly and I follow for Chelsea some youth players without contractual obligation.
"I monitor the Youth Academy. Abramovich speaks about football with me. He was also the fellow at the Russian Federation who nominated me at the time."
Hiddink has told Abramovich he needs to bring back more of the club's former stars to work inside Cobham.
"Get the big icons back," he tells Elsevier. "Find a function for men like Drogba and Lampard.
"Save Eden Hazard for later, he is such a genius. In the neighborhood of Messi and Ronaldo."
