Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola feels Raheem Sterling still has a lot to learn.
The 22-year-old England forward scored a late winner against Huddersfield on Sunday to put City nine points clear at the top of the table.
"The way we want to play as a team helps individual performances."
Guardiola said. "Like I said many times, [Sterling] is still young and there are a lot of things he can do better."
"Not just Raheem, yesterday in training the players who didn't play against Huddersfield trained amazing.
"We trained today and prepare mentally for Southampton. We are focused on what we have to do tomorrow evening."
