Guardiola wants Bayern Munich to trump Man Utd for Lewandowski

Pep Guardiola plans to rumble Manchester United plans for Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski. Poland international Lewandowski is expected to sign for United at the end of the season.

However, Sport1 says Guardiola has requested Bayern Munich to move for Lewandowski, despite protests from BVB.

Dortmund chiefs are adamant they will not sell their best players to Bundesliga rivals Bayern, but Guardiola sees Lewandowski as the ideal centre-forward to build his system around.
