Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola says the difference between themselves and Real Madrid's youth system is that they give their young players a chance.

Guardiola believes there's some great talent inside the Real setup.

But he added: "The Barcelona youth system is good. But so are the ones of Real Madrid, Atletico, Villarreal and Espanyol.

"The difference is that we play them here."
