Guardiola: Krkic good enough to lead Barcelona attack

Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola has assured Bojan Krkic he will get more chances in the second-half of the season. Krkic struggled to make an impression in last night's scratchy 2-1 win over lowly Levante.

But Guardiola defended the youngster: "He's a helluva talent, who is just 20 years of age and has a lot of room for improvement.

"The club has renewed his contract for three or four years and this is proof that we trust him.

"He has the ability and talent to fight with Pedro and David (Villa) for a spot in the starting line-up."
