Gilles Grimandi is set to cut ties with Arsenal.
The Daily Mail says Grimandi is leaving his role as Arsenal's leading French scout as the post Arsene Wenger revamp continues.
The former Gunners defender played a key role under Wenger, heading up the club's scouting network in France.
But the club's scouting team has undergone significant change since the appointment of Sven Mislintat as head of recruitment mid-way through last season.
Grimandi has been linked with roles with Nice and AC Milan in recent weeks.
