Yoann Gourcuff insists he has no thoughts of quitting AC Milan in January.

The midfielder has been linked with a return to France, but says: "I do not see the need to be transferred on loan in the winter market. I'm not interested in starting again in mid-season.

"It's true that it's frustrating not to be playing more, anyone who is happy to be on the bench lacks ambition. But then I see Emerson, who has done it all in the game, and he's also on the bench and I realise it's simply a decision from the coach."
