Tottenham goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes says they've lost their shock factor.
The Brazilian keeper, 29, was a key figure last season as Spurs won their first five league and cup games.
But so far they have been held to a goalless draw by Manchester City at White Hart Lane and were then beaten 3-2 in the Champions League by Young Boys of Berne.
The Swiss clearly did their homework on Tottenham and Gomes admitted: "This season is more difficult than the last for us because opposing teams know how we play and that we are a very good side.
"They play against us with full preparation and it is making it a totally different campaign for us."
