Girona coach Michel is delighted counting on Eric Garcia this season.

On-loan from Barcelona, the defender was superb against his parent club in Girona's 4-2 win on the weekend.

Michel enthused: "It is not necessary for a centre back to be two metres tall.

“When I called him to come, I told him that I not only wanted him because of his playing style, but also because he seems like a top centre back to me."
