Giggs insists no concerns over Man Utd's slow start

Ryan Giggs insists Manchester United aren't concerned over their slow start to the season.

"Last season we came good," Giggs told the Mirror. "If you ask me, too much is made of things too quickly these days. I can't believe you get a Premier League table after the first game.

"I remember when there wasn't a table for at least five. Our world demands stats and immediate results. Lose a game and it's a disaster.

"Win and you're the best in the world.

"We have enough experience to not let either opinion get to us. Hopefully, the old fellas like me can calm some of the younger lot down - and convince them that we're not going to get relegated!

"The boss knows teams have blips and he isn't too worried.

"Having said that, he wasn't happy after the defeat at Liverpool, a team who are still our biggest rivals, which wasn't us at all. But against Chelsea, we showed we were nearing our best form."
