Gibson thrilled to prove Everton matchwinner against Man City

Darron Gibson was delighted to prove Everton's matchwinner against Manchester City.

The former Manchester United midfielder struck the only goal of the game last night.

Gibson, who joined from United last month, said: “There might be a few calls coming my way from Manchester, but I’m just pleased we got the result.

“To score against the top team is a nice way to win the fans over.”
