Daniel Boateng featured for Arsenal reserves in yesterday's defeat to Fulham.

With many of Arsenal's second-string to be involved in tonight's Champions League clash with Olympiacos, Boateng, 17, was given his chance.

Though born and raised in London, Boateng has pledged his international future to Ghana.

"I have made the choice to play for Ghana and my decision is final," said Boateng.

"I want to give something back to Ghana and I also know that playing for the country will also help enhance my career."
